The International Coaching Federation defines Coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential". My approach to coaching is to be open, to listen, to facilitate and to be honest. It's my desire that my clients succeed in the areas they would like to develop when they work with me. However as with all expectations I would like to emphasise that whilst I will facilitate, guide and provide workable tools, content and opportunities for you as a client; The desire to manifest your vision, goal, new habit, success etc is your own responsibility in how you action what you learn and develop working with me. (Sounds Harsh) Truth be told it is "Harsh" but it's also true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink! With coaching its very similar I can give you the tools etc but you have to take the correct action/s based on what you need or want to achieve. So a Multidimensional Coach I believe in the facilitation of coaching and I acknowledge that there are multiple ways to achieve your goal, vision or dream, which is why one of my many mottos is the following: "100% CHANGE STARTS AND FINISHES WITH YOU AND ONLY YOU! & I will never ask you to do something I have never done myself" DearNadine This motto allows for continual learning, growth and development both personally and professionally.
